Sims 4 Mods folder not Showing

Every time I go into the Main Directory to try to find the Mods folder, it isn't there. I've Reinstalled the game about three Times Now, and I have looked everywhere and found no Mods folder.

@elpepe45664310 It sounds like you're looking at the game's program files, not the user folder, as in, the one that contains user data like saves and mods. Here's how to find the user folder:

I've looked for the Mods Folder Everywhere I can enter it in the main directory, such as here: C:Program FilesElectronic Arts. The Sims 4/game/Bin, And I could mark all of them down, but it Would take a lot of time to do so. So, I've searched in every single Folder and Also Searched inside "The Sims 4" Folder for any folder Called Mods and Nothing.
