Sims 4 Mods not working

So my game was only loading in the background so i pulled it from one drive and put it on my desktop and now the mods wont load. I have them enabled in game, but when i check which mods are active, its blank.

I have it in the sims 4 folder, but no luck. Ive already tried repairing and doing a full uninstall /reinstall , but still no luck. please help

You can not just create you own mods folder and expect the game to read that. It only reads the one it created. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/

This is what ive always done? it just stopped working recently when i moved it off one drive?
can someone please help
