So I downloaded the EA app and when I try to play and go into CAS there is no name/last name pronoun options? They've completely disappeared?? I also can't select any traits etc
Also my buttons have gone weird? It's like a circle instead of a tick?
I know its a Mod that does this but I have so many and I have no idea which one or how to find it without deleting every single one
The culprit is probably a broken mod, which is modifying your user interface (UI). We've seen similar issues pretty often in the past.

If no updates are available for the current game version, you will have to leave the mod out of your game for the time being.
To be sure the issue is mod related, you might also test your game without mods. Move your mods to a save location, delete the localthumbcache.package and see if the error still occurs. Don't save your game while testing without mods!
