Sims 4 never finishes loading after finishing a house and moving household

Hello Simmers! I have recently joined the Sims 4 community and while I'm pretty sure this may have happened to someone else before, my game won't load: I started building a house several days ago...

Can you say what you did step by step. I’m having this same issue. I spent hours building a home and when I tried to move my house hold from their old place into this one the loading screen is taking yearssss. I’ve been struggling for the last few hours and I’m unsure of what to do!!
