Sims 4 no whims showing up after november 2018 patch

I'm having same issue..No whims at all since last update. I have CC but it did the same with it all disabled. Mine is also with an existing game with 1100 hours played o it not a new game. On the good side the clubs are working better than ever. The game used to crawl if you had a club activity and all members just stood there..That is working great now.

I’ve played the game for awhile and I just loaded up a household I’ve had forever and none of my sims have any whims, the only expansion I have is cats and dogs and I’ve restarted the game and nothing has worked. It’s prettu irritating and I’d like to know how to bring the whims back. Not ruling out the possibility that I made them go away somehow if that’s like an option in the management thing? Idk?? Help.

None of my Sims' whims are showing up, none of the three who usually show up around their heads. I think it might have been working until last night. I took a look around the forum and found some people who seem to be having the same problem in the past 3 hours.

You need to turn whims on in settings. Please read the release notes for the patch.

Oh my god thank you so much! I was about to delete everything and reinstall my game haha!

Thank you SO much for this info. I'd tried everything besides deleting the whole game.
