Sims 4 not closing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have Get To Work, City Living, Island Living, Cats & Dogs, High School Years, Spa Day, and the Toddlers Stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I play the sims for a few minutes, then out of nowhere, my game closes.
What do you expect to see? My game should stay open until i close it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi. My name is Maddie, I play on my macbook and my Sims 4 has been giving me some issues.  Every time I open my origin to play Sims 4, Sims 4 will stay open for a little bit then close after a few minutes of playing.  My mac usually says it closed unexpectedly and sends a report to apple but I just want to play Sims 4 without it closing after a few minutes.

I've tried repairing Sims 4 through origin, it did not work. My Sims 4 is up to date currently but I just want to know why its closing and how I can fix it.

I have the better exceptions mod which tells me if I can broken mods/cc and it says I do not have any at the moment. I have not downloaded any new mods/cc since this has happened.

I have 3,065 packages and 36 script mods which isn't that much including that I have multiple duplicate cc's.
If anybody can help me with this it would be helpful, really.
