Sims 4 not working can't find corrupted mod

Someone please help I don't know what to do. I downloaded a bunch of new cc at once and now sims 4 won't open because it says there's a corrupted mod. I've repaired it which didn't work, and I guess my only other option is to individually take out cc but I have so much in my folder I don't even know if that's possible. I tried to figure out if there was something that could scan the folder and locate the corrupted mod but I can't find anything. The only thing I can think of is to delete all the mods but I really don't want to do that if there's another option. Please let me know if there's something else I could do I'm at a loss and I really don't want to lose all the cc I've ever downloaded.
