First thing - did you delete localthumbcache.package file after updating your mods?
If you did that then it's time to try game without any mods in at all - remove the mods (all of them) and also delete localthumbcache.package file and then start up a -completely brand new game- to see if issue still exists without your mods.

@AnnaLaufeyson84 Which mod was breaking your game? I’m having issues with mine freezing up since playing highschool years and unable to click on the board to “attend class”
