Sims 4 Not Working since installing High School Years

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue
What happens when the bug occurs? My game loads everything seems okay, I hover over households everyone is shown and listed. I load into a household nothing is listed across the bottom of the screen, my sims haven't actually loaded only the lot is there. In CAS some items aren't loading properly, the gender settings aren't loading so there is literally no game there for me to play which sucks considering all the money I've spent on it.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see my game actually working like it did before I installed the update and downloaded High School Years.

So my game was working perfectly fine yesterday but then I installed High School Years, I'm aware people have been saying there's bugs but in my game, none of my sims are loading I'm not getting the household line up (I'm not getting anything that should be there) when I go to create a sim clothing items aren't loading correctly the gender icons and personalization aren't loading. Is this just happening with my game? I do have mods but I've gone through and updated them all.
