Sims 4 old bug (Unclickable Map)

Hello! I downloaded sims 4 after a few years and i chose detective career. After the first task which is ''get a case assignment'', i tried the second task. The ''travel to crime scene'' through office map is bugged and i cant click it. Before you say read the old threads i have to say i read all of them and tried repairing the game, downloading a new lot from the gallery (which didnt work either + my prisoners couldnt go to their cells), buying a new map etc. Is there any other solution? Why is it still bugged after all those years? Sorry for my bad english it's not my native language and i make mistakes 😛.
