Sims 4 Paranormal Stuff Pack- No Guidry, Helping Hand Unresponsive

It's been more than the second night and still no Guidry. I read the Helping Hand has the ability to disable and enable his visits. Any Helping Hand I place on the lot is unresponsive. I've tried deb...

@jpkarlsen I've had the same problem and I have full medium skill! Helping hand unresponsive and no sign of Guidry

Is your Lot type set as "Haunted House Residential"?

    Same, and yes I've enabled the Haunted House Lot, have my medium skill level maxed, and yet nothing no Guidry. Also why would we need out medium skill to be at least 5 for him to show when he's supposed to appear the second night?

        Yes it is after 9:00 PM. It's more than the second day. My lot type is a Haunted House Lot. The Helping Hand still shows up as unresponsive too. I've started a new game thinking it may have something to do with an old file. I have tried repairing the game too. 😢
