Sims 4 pregnancy

Hello everyone i hope someone can answer this, why every time i tried my sims to get pregnant or want to get pregnant with his partner this is the result after trying  to test for pregnancy even in young adult the result always says " your sims is not pregnant maybe next time" this is one of my main concern why my sims cant get pregnant even how many times it tried. Pls someone help me. Thank you

    @ClacioannGiven the mod your using ( I believe your using ) can you DM me concerning this?
    Before that:
    Verify your version of mod is up to date
    Verify your MCCC (assuming you have, which you most likely do? ) option concerning pregnancy is set to allow such activity to impregnate.
    Insure your SIM is allowed to become pregnant.

    @ClacioannI can try. I am pretty well versed in mod weirdness, but I cannot promise fix. ☹️
    Go ahead and message me here, but include please:
    Both Genders and if set to become pregnant / can impregnate
    verify your mod is up to date
    If your using any / or did use any birth control method from mod prior 🙂

    I ll just be a minute or two before I can answer you 🙂

    the mod i'm suing is alternative pregnancy only and i don't use any other mods! btw i already sent a message to you
