Sims 4 program problem with a power outage

House is in Brittenton Bay, dachshund's creek property.  Not sure this has anything to do with it.  When the sim leaves to go to another world, he returns to have a power outage every time.  

It is a bit annoying.  I am resolving it by exiting the game to main menu and reentering.  The power does not come on once it is out...went 4 sims days...I see pop up signs over the electical appliance or device that apoligizes from Landgrabb power company.  When this first started it was winter season so I thought it was part of the game, but I began to notice it was a glitch with the game when I left to go to another world and come back.  I exit the game to main menu and return and the power is on.  

It only started happening in this house...same family extended moved in this house from another in brittenton bay from university.
