Sims 4 Queue action disappearing

Every time I seem to select and action for my sim it is as if they can’t do more than one action. When I select them to eat the entire household completely resets. There are certain actions that completely disappears or makes my sim reset. Also whenever I save and quit the game freezes and gives an error that the app is not responding.
