How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? zero text/numbers displaying
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure what you mean? I load the game and the opening menu where normally there is text is blank
What happens when the bug occurs? I load the game and the opening menu where normally there is text is blank. Even when O laod a game there is missing text all over the place and in interaction menus and sims faces and hands have random patterns (red/white)
What do you expect to see? menus and interactions with text on the options
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i installed the updated patch for the new stuff packs
