sims 4 saves
Hello! This is my last hope... I was so stupid I thought I could put back older saves into a new save. I already had 3 families to play with; one of them remained, their slot file is in the save fil...

@fejeshencsi Please post a screenshot of the contents of Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, as in, I want to see the list of files inside.
Please also search your computer for any stray saves: open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter Slot_ in the search field in the upper-right corner. This should turn up any and all saves. You can click on any of the listed saves and click the "Open file location" menu button, and you'll jump to that save's location.
If you find any saves not in the proper folder, please move them to a new folder on your desktop (name it Backup Saves or something you'll recognize). Please post a screenshot of the contents of this folder as well. I'd like to know what you're working with and also be able to refer to the saves by name.

This is the saves folder, I already created another family since then, but don't let it confuse you, the one I am looking for supposed to be lastly changed (first date column) around the end of august. I also looked around on my computer but didn't find the file☹️ If you need translation about anything, please feel free to message me, it' in hungarian 🙂
@fejeshencsi In your screenshot, I see a Slot_00000003 and its backups from August 29 and 30, and backups for Slot_00000002 from August 21-28. But the main Slot_00000002 is newer, so it looks like the older one was deleted somehow.
Anyway, try renaming one of these backups: change the number to something your saves folder doesn't already have (I don't see a Slot_00000004, but double-check), and delete the .verx at the end. Then see whether the save shows up in the Main Menu. You can try any and all of the backups; I'd just suggest making a spare copy of everything in your saves folder first, in case you need them later.
