Sims 4 Shader Lists& possibility of help on getting alpha editable hair to work?

Bump! I do not stay as engaged in the game long term without interesting custom content. Custom hair was a HUGE part of Sims 3 and it will be incredibly disappointing if it's missing from Sims 4.
