Sims 4 skin glitch
My sims have been looking like this since March and I have spoke to someone on the EA website chat thing and they said this

Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
