Sims 4 Stuck on Loading Screen (Mod or CC issue, or something else?)

Hi, I'm having a few problems with my Sims 4 game that I'm wondering if anyone could help with please:

1. On some (but not all) households that I try to load, or sometimes when I try to travel with a household or save a household in build mode, the game will just stay stuck on the loading/saving screen for up to half an hour until I give up and have to force-restart my laptop. Do you think this is to do with an outdated mod(s)?

2. Whenever I go onto ‘live mode’, I get an MCCC notification saying that a script error has been logged to the mc_cmd_center log file, which I’ve copied and pasted below. I’m not sure what this means or if there’s something wrong with my game/MCCC if it’s not working properly?

I used the Vanilla test by trying out my game with just MCCC and no other mods, and everything seemed to be working fine, but I can’t identify the mod(s) that’s causing these issues. I’ve always gone through the list of broken mods whenever there’s been a patch to make sure I’m up-to-date. I’ve updated my graphics driver on my laptop, gone through and deleted all the ‘exception’ and ‘conflict’ mods listed in TwistedMexi’s ‘Better Exceptions’ reports, and I’ve tried to find a way to trigger a ‘lastexception’ report from MCCC to find out if there’s anything else but not sure how to do this.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated, as obviously it's very frustrating not being able to play my game in live or build mode. Thanks very much 😊
