Sims 4 taking forever to open/load (MAC)
Without mods/cc the game is fast to boot up, but with my mods folder it takes over an hour to open and 2 more hours just to get to the loading screen and then another 30 mins+ to load my save. Plz help!

@tiredvillainess One option to get you partway there is to go to Game Options and turn off the option to see a list of your mods on game startup.
If you still have extremely slow game start-up after that, your next step is to start deleting mods and CC. Every computer has a limit to how much it can handle in packs + mods/CC.
Within a particular save, it can be helpful to go into your Sims inventories and build mode and delete some of the photos your Sims took.
