Sims 4 Terrain Tool Glitch

Question

For some reason, my lots terrain has changed to have a weird hump in the front of my house and it won't go away. I've tried flattening the lot and replacing the lot but it doesn't go away. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but it is quite a pain.

I fixed mine by removing my basement... If the basement went outside of the house boundaries it made a raise in the terrain that wouldnt flatten

Exit the lot then come back and it should be fixed.
