Sims 4 university not graduating

HI there guys !

I also came across this issue i just had completed a degree in Art History and it wouldn't go away.
I ended up checking my SIMOLOGY (press Y In-game) and i had my degree in there. I then chose my career path in Find a job ( Painter) and it accepted my degree and removed me from the university Enrollment allowing me to re enroll/removing that class schedule from the tab.

I too am having this issue. 

My sim met her boyfriend in University. She has graduated and had to move out. Her boyfriend went with her. He is showing as completed an Economics Degree program with 12 credits completed. It says that the Sim has graduated. No more terms to attend. However, I cannot get him to graduate. 

I have visited the university on multiple days and clicked on the building that graduated my initial sim multiple times but I cannot get the graduation ceremony to trigger. 

Does anyone have a fix for this? I don't want him to lose his progress. 

I'm having the same issue, I moved in my Sims boyfriend and now he's stuck in not graduating or able to enroll for more terms. I've tried resetting and nothing has worked.

I'm having the same issue with ALL sims that I wasn't playing with at the time of graduation.

Did anyone ever get this fixed? I have the same issue with a significant other not being able to graduate.

sad part is that i don't even play with mods. I don't get how they patched up a bunch of other issues but not this particular one that is pretty damn annoying and disruptive.

Did you find a solution? My sim got pregnant and had to leave soon after finishing all her exams. She's got like everyone else here described the : no more classes to graduate..... Her sisters stayed they started later she moved in with her parents. When her sisters graduated I started playing her again and no she has her baby but she never graduated she's stuck it's been days and nothing

@spacykitten Has anyone found a solution? My sim got pregnant she found out a few hours after receiving the final grades. By the time she had to move out because the baby was due she still had no diploma. Meanwhile her sister finished and graduated and she lived with her parents had the baby while I wasn't playing her and is stuck

I can't find a solution there. If you refer to the cheat. I tried. It doesn't work for me. I got the mod I checked if it shows up on my mods it should work. But if I try equip trait... Nothing happens
