@alyssaswan14 I see it but I don’t necessarily see anything wrong with it? Other than just your cc being older, as you noted. With cc that’s not always an issue, but you never know. Perhaps someone else can weigh in.
Edit: Can you place the cc on a new sim and it’s just missing from the existing ones, or is it all gone from the game entirely?
- alyssaswan142 years agoNew Traveler@PipMenace its all missing entirely. im currently redownloading each mod seperately and when i do it this way it doesn't show up with the time stamp next to it. that's what seems to be the problem.
- PipMenace2 years agoHero@alyssaswan14 Ah okay, I see it now… are your timestamps actually part of the file name but after the .package extension? I can see how that could break it since it would no longer be recognized as a .package file. If redownloading is working, great! You might also try just renaming the files to remove everything after .package, but if you use the Curseforge mod manager that may break its ability to track them since you generally need to leave them with the name and location it sets.
- alyssaswan142 years agoNew Traveler@PipMenace now im having a problem on origin. i am trying to redownload the game since sometimes when i go on origin it says sims 4 isn't downloaded so i have to redownload it which im used to. but NOW it's saying my disk doesn't have room to download some packages which is far from true i have siginificant storage left. ive tried restarting my computer, deleting origin and redownloading, and nothing works.

@alyssaswan14 I've merged your topics together.
Are you using a mod manager that isn't Curseforge? Nothing should be renaming your files like this. Any renaming of files by a mod manager can lead to duplicates (and you've got a duplicate there of the Aladdin set), but this is pretty special. Whatever software is renaming your files needs to go.
- alyssaswan142 years agoNew Traveler@luthienrising I did have sims 4 mod manager downloaded but just deleted it. its never caused any issues before though
