Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I only found this problem to happen with my female character so I would try playing with a female character.
What happens when the bug occurs? The calendar does not allow me to change, edit, or create a wedding event.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to plan and edit my wedding events through any character. My characters don't know the same people so I want to invite others.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I had mods installed (pose mods) before the laundry list (march 3rd) released. I was able to edit and plan events for my wedding just fine. I removed the mods to see if it would have made a difference but it did not.

I put pictures both ways, just in case there are people who are having trouble viewing them.
EDIT UPDATE: I am now allowed to create and edit wedding events. Not sure what caused this or how it fixed itself, but it is normal again.
