miranda_bear15 Your dxdiag doesn't list any Sims 4-related errors, which could simply mean they've been crowded out by newer errors. Or it could mean that the game is being blocked from starting. But if it does start with your Mods folder removed, then that's your answer, and you'll need to sort through the contents of that folder to find the broken file(s).
If the game doesn't start with the Mods folder removed, please check your antivirus for recent actions involving Sims 4 or the EA App. That's the most common reason for a block on the game starting at all.
Okay, thanks! The game did start without my mods folder in it. I'm in the process of finding it. I'm just super confused on how I could play the other day with all of my mods in it but now I can't.
