When you tried a whole new clean Sims 4 folder what files did you move over to the newly generated folder from the old one? Did you move the files in very small batches, testing after adding each batch? For example, does the game load vanilla with your saves but no Mods? And did you then test the Mods in small batches with those saves?

Yes, my game was able to load into the doc with my saves without issue if there were no mods in the folder.

Ok. So it's a Mods problem. You need to test the Mods as explained in my last post and check whether they are compatible with the current patch level of the game.

I've deleted my mods folder and my game loaded. But I decided to download new mods bc I don't like to play the game without them. I didn't download any script mods and only downloaded some clothing and hair. But for some reason my game still won't open.

@kailab84 Clothing and hair files can also be broken. Instructions for doing a 50-50 test to identify broken content are here: 50-50 A handful of known problem files are listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC , including under previously broken. If every CC file seems broken, you might have an antivirus exception you need to add.
