so sorry reply... i ended up deleting the game and downloading it back again until now and its still not working and im still having trouble so im gonna make another post
doochies So, you reinstalled? And did you also have the game make a new user folder? If you haven't yet, please do this: Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it. Then try again.
