@BABYSYDDD Let's see if this clears it up for you:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. You'll get those saves and mods etc. back in the game later.
    2. Launch the EA App/Origin and run a Game Repair
    3. Start with New to test if your issue recurs.

    If that works:

    1. Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
    2. Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

    If that works:

    1. Copy your old Tray files (this is your Library), Screenshots and Videos files.
    2. To test mods, copy the files into the new folder *in batches* with any mods they depend on (injectors and core mods, for example). Don't copy your old resource.cfg file. If you delete any mods from the new folder, delete localthumbcache. Check the instructions on 50-50 testing here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/INFO-How-to-Use-Mods-and-CC/m-p/13439356#FiftyFifty You can use big batches to start with.

@BABYSYDDD After you drag The Sims 4 folder to your desktop and start the game, you have a new Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, with a new Saves folder in it. You can go the desktop folder and open that up to see the save files there, and copy those files into the new folder the game made.
