my sims is having cramps and keeps saying miscarrage and that i need to go to the hospital but i dont have that option can i get help im new at sims?
These are mod features, not game features. Check your mods to make sure you have all the requirements. For example, you probably need to have the Get to Work EP for the hospital part. If you have all the requirements but are still not sure how to use the mod feature, you need to go to the mod's creator for support.
