This is usually a sign of bad CC or Mods so follow my original reply and move the Mods folder to your desktop for safekeeping and delete localthumbcache.package.
If it still does not start after that Try doing a factory reset as described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
@jpkarlsen appreciate the help. This is the message that i've put on the sims formus: Hi, my sims 4 is acting very weird... when i could still play i couldn't go to cas to change my sim only when i got rid of my cc i could.. i downloaded the sims 4 again a month ago and i added my cc but now the sims 4 won't open/start? Can somebody please help me .. (i've had the cracked sims 4 before ) and does somebody know how to delete the cracked version cause i've deleted it but it still comes in the old map?
