Sims 4

The men in my sims 4 household won’t go to their full time job. They’ll only work a part time job. They won’t go when it’s time to, and when I click “Go to Work”, it doesn’t even pop up in the task bar. I’ve tried multiple full time jobs, and nothing. I’ve tried most fixes I’ve found on the forums, like checking the outfits, repairing the game, etc. but nothing works. I also haven’t seen anyone having the problem with men specifically. I have a lot of mods so it’s possible that’s an issue, but I have no idea how to find out which one is causing the problem.
