@kuunce Hi! Please try removing all Mods/CC from your Mods folder and creating a new save to test . You can move your Mods folder to your desktop while testing and the game will create a fresh one when you launch the game again. Please also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing.
If the issue is not occurring in a brand new save with no Mods/CC, it could mean that your current save is corrupted. You might try going back into the save without any Mods/CC and deleting that cache file again before launching. If the problem still occurs then it's likely the save is corrupted.
