Sims appearing with broken cc texture without any mods or cc installed

I opened my game recently and my sims were appearing with a broken cc texture. I removed my mods and cc and repaired and updated the game but the issue is still happening. They only appear with the b...

@QueenUniosorus Do you have it on all of your Sims or just some of them ? Have you been using any custom skins ?

@crinrict Only on 3 of the sims but it’s only appearing in the UI panel. The sims look normal otherwise. No I’ve never used any custom skins I looked through all my sims in cas and there all normal no cc and nothing appears broken there.

  No I always avoid deleting cache files in case it’s important.

    @QueenUniosorus Try that. They recreate so it's save to delete them
