@crinrict Only on 3 of the sims but it’s only appearing in the UI panel. The sims look normal otherwise. No I’ve never used any custom skins I looked through all my sims in cas and there all normal no cc and nothing appears broken there.

No I always avoid deleting cache files in case it’s important.
