Sims are always cleaning

Get Together, City Living, Island Living, Seasons, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, All the game packs except Journey to Batuu, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Fitness, Toddler, Backyard, Movie Hangout, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I let my sims free all they do is cleaning. Sometimes they clean the same spot multiple times.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the time.
What do you expect to see? They shouldn't clean unless the item is dirty.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This started to happen after the 3/23/2021 update.

After this "Polish to perfection" came, my sims are cleaning all the time. They cut the conversation and go clean the sink. They wake up and they need to pee but they go clean the kitchen counter. It's so irritating.
