Sims builds show up in manage worlds but not when loaded

Hopefully you saved the lot to your library before moving sims in.  If you did, then replace the lot in the game with the copy in your library.  If you didn't save it to your library, then you're going to have to redo the work that was lost.  Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
