Sims cannot enter own home/player cannot move between floors

I cannot enter my sims homes nor move between floors since the update. I tried to fix it by traveling to a different lot and then returning to my home lot, but that did not fix it. When I try to send my sim (Bella Goth) to sleep (via her needs menu) she walks off her home lot to the nearest park bench.

I took out all mods and nothing changed. I tried several households, but they all have the same problem. I also deleted localthumbcache.package after taking out my mods.

I have also repaired the game which didn't fix it.

I also tried accessing my sims' home with testingcheats, but that did not fix it either.

How is this fixed? I never had this problem before the last patch. Now playing the game is impossible.
