Sims can't get MySims trophy from their house (PC/Windows)

My sims are moving out of their friends and those sims have a MySim trophy,. They can't get it, because they don't own it, but they do. My sim specifically put it there, My other sims that their moving from can't pick it up. I don't know what caused this, I don't have any of my mods have anything to do with that. Since their wizards I got one to copypasto, but that didn't make that theirs. I have todays update for the game, I have all packs besides Batuu and some kits. Those trophies just sitting their like cursed in place.
