sims face ccs won’t load

Question

hi!! so i downloaded a bunch of ccs the other day, and they have been malfunctioning. i am able to fully put them on the sim, and i can see it during customization. however, when i go into the actual game, it doesn’t load the ccs, and instead gives me what would be in place of the ccs, whatever in-game customization it’s placed over. the hair, shoes, accessories, and clothes work just fine, however the makeup and the face ccs don’t. any way to fix this?? i have attached one of my sims, and how she looks during customization vs the actual game. if anyone knows how to fix this, help would be greatly appreciated.

So yesterday I got a ton of cc and when my kids turned into toddlers, they have no faces and some other sims that were just created. I repaired the game, deleted everything discord told me and they're still missing. Luckily the sims i had before downloading the new cc still have faces but even i create new ones in cas they still have no faces.&nbsp;

@melanijoyy&nbsp;Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@melanijoyy 3D lashes, and sliders seem to cause a lot of face disappearing issues. Do you have any cc installed that modify the original EA lashes? For example remove EA lashes, etc.

I know Kijiko's lashes made my townies faces disappear so I had to remove it and grab the updated file.
Does this issue still happen even after removing ur mods folder?

Do you have laptop mode on? I know that can cause issues.&nbsp;also make sure you have the most updated download files of the lashes.&nbsp;

I use this to remove the original EA lashes it’s helpful [CM - removed link]
