Sims freezing

Fixed! it was a CC hair! I used the better exceptions mod and found the problem

What hair was it?

I've started to get this bug now, I need to test if it's on all my saves but it's horribly heartbreaking. I'm very attached to this save but every time i bring my sim inside to eat after shes done gardening it freezes up as described and i have to open task manager to force quit the game. Im glad its not just me, but also a bit sad to see there doesnt look to be a resolution.

edit 1- so it freezes at 6:02 am. nothing is working now. im going to try the better exceptions mod like another user did below. i also tried another save and it started at 10:31 pm and so far its going fine... but im only at 11am the next day so we'll see.

edit 2- so the game froze on the second day at 10am, but it actually let me save and go to the menu.... reloading that one let me resume normally, so i dont understand whats happening still

ughhh yeah my game just started doing this again in a new save file... im going to try what you did and hope it works for me too 😭

edit- playing with no mods whatsoever solves the issue... now i just have to see if i can find out which mod it is :,)

See if you have the latest version of Lot51. Also download Better Exceotions and put it in your mod folder, it might pick out the culprit.

For us, it helped to update Lot51. We also installed Better Exceptions and got some other broken stuff to delete.

Just updated it, it was working flawlessly for a little then the bug happened again :( I think I’m gonna have to do the 50/50 method again which is annoying because I had to do that last patch lol

For us, it was not a hair but we removed some custom traits and some tuning mods. Try installing Better Exceptions before doing 50/50.
