Sims go to work/school on their own but the go to work/school on job panel stuck

I really don't know if anyone has the same situation as me or not but since after the ranch patch update, my sims have different kinds of work and they go to work with some issues:

1. when it is time for them to go to work, they auto-go to work auto on their own and disappear into the rabbit hole, but in the job panel, it still shows that go-to-work command even while they are at the work rabbit hole. not just that when they completed the time of the job, the panel said that they were late for work. how can that happen if they already completed it?

2. not just young adult and adult sims that affected by this, teen sims also, whenever they are go to school, the same bug happen as I mentioned. in the end they have bad grades and get bad things.

At first, I thought that the mods tied to career/job were responsible for this bug but after I tested and trialed a number of times but no success, and now I gave up. I really need some help guys. Thanks in advance.
