Sims gone in every sims save file,

How often does the bug occur?  Every time (100%)

What is your current game version number? I dont know; current version maybe

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, Holiday celebration Stuff, Get together, Dine out, City living, Vintage Glamor stuff, Vampires, Cats and Dogs, parenthood, Seasons, get Famous, Strangerville, Realm of Magic and journey to batuu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can see it once you start up the game, and also in manage households.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I open the game my resume shows no sim to resume with, when I tried to load in from a prev save it will show me all the worlds with no sims in it and my "my sims" and "other households shows 0 sims as well. it also does not allow me to create any more sims. The game is completly unplayable

What do you expect to see? I just want to be able to play the game at this point. I cant even make a new game. I need this game for my Mental health

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?  Yes. I already tried removing them thinking they were the issue

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No.

I also tried repairing the game and a folder reset like a similar post said but nothing has worked
