@laylalangdownHi!  You may not have to delete your mods but you do want to test the game without them.  First, exit the game if it's running, and move the mods folder to your desktop.  Then go into the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder and delete the localthumbcache.package file.  Open the game again and see if your sim has the interactions back.  If it's working properly, you'll know one of those mods is causing the problem and you can start testing them a little bit at a time.  You'll notice the game created a new empty Mods folder for you.  If the interactions still aren't working, come back and let us know.

If you do need to test your Mods / CC, and you have a lot of them, the 50/50 method works best.  Try these steps

1. Divide your mods/CC in half and put one half back into the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods folder (maybe make another folder on your desktop to help keep tested mods separated).

2. Delete the localthumbcache.package file again, before opening the game with the half you're testing, 

3. If the game works with that half, test with the other half. (Again, delete that cache file before opening)

4. Once you know which half is causing the issue, divide those in half and test again (delete the cache file again).

5. Repeat the process until you find the culprit.
