Sims Invisible During Gameplay

My sims disappear during gameplay. I have mods and cc, no errors display at all. I need help, I exit my game every 10 to 15 minutes and every time I load back in, they're visible. How can I fix this?...

@breshiaelmore Are they visible if you test on a copy of your game with no mods/cc ?
