Sims keep freezing to death, and refuse to auto wear their cold weather outfits
I am facing quite an annoying issue, where I'm trying to upgrade my sim's penthouse appliances, but sims keep dying outside due to the cold weather. My game likes to crash often, so saving frequently is a must. These constant deaths, however, don't let me. Is there a way to force NPC sims to wear their cold/hot weather outfits when the temperature calls for it? I don't want to keep having to use the "Reset Object (Debug)" on each dying sim. As a temporary fix, I've forced the season to summer, and changed the weather to be 'Sunny Warm' for 10 sim days. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

NPC and Townies should automatically swap to hot/cold weather outfits when the weather calls for it.
Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
