@FutureDisco_2099 Please remove your entire Mods folder from your Sims 4 game folder and delete localthumbcache.package. Make a backup copy of your Saves folder as well: right-click on it and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop (or wherever you want it to go) and select Paste. This way, you can mess with your saves as much as you want and then restore the backup when you're done.
Let me know whether the sims continue to pose with your Mods folder gone. If not, you can start adding your cc back in batches, testing each time to see whether the issue returns. Any batch that causes them to pose again will need to be split and tested until you find the problem files.
