Sims main picture disappearing causing issues

I have one save where randomly my sims pictures will disappear and it will prevent me from saving, traveling or going into CAS without an endless loading screen. I do have mods but only a few and I took out the ones that are notorious for problems like this. All of them all up to date as I have went to discord servers with my error files with mccc and I have not gotten an answer on what would cause this. I’ve tried repairing my game, doing the 50/50 method with my game and updating everything. However the problem still occurs and it’s only in this save file. I realized this save could be corrupted, however everything is still functioning in the save except the pictures disappear very randomly and sometimes it can cause weird things to happen. Like sims not being able to change their outfits and if I age a sim up while their pictures are not there I will encounter them being disfigured. 
I have seen a case like this one before but it had been closed by someone, I didn’t get to see if that person figured out the problem. Please, I hope someone can help me and thank you for your time that it took to read this.
