Sims marriage not showing up on family tree

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Snowy Escape, Journey to Batuu, Cool Kitchen, Tiny Living, Perfect Patio and Romantic Garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 2 sims get married. shows on sim profile but not on family tree
What happens when the bug occurs? Does not show marriage on family tree so sims genealogy doesn't look right when playing generations
What do you expect to see? A family tree link between the 2 sims who have got married
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. New patch from November 2020
My 2 sims have recently got married but its not showing up on their family tree. It is on their sim profiles though and they can divorce/renew vows but it makes the family tree look glitchy as Im playing generations.

Just did a quick test on this and it worked for me.
At what point did you remove the mods ? Before or after they got married ? Do you have a backup you could try again ?
