sims not being able to go on dates on restaurant lots

I'm having issues for over a week now with my sims not being able to go on dates on restaurant lots, I've tried it with lots I have altered as well as pre-made ones through EA. Every time I prompt my...

@NVlad93 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

    The issue is gone with mods removed but what kind of mod would remove restaurants from my game even while having the Dine Out pack? Not specifically but just wondering what type of component from a mod could possibly do that. For example, there's a mod that makes more columns in cas that will sometimes cause the game to crash or not function normally after major game updates

    @crinrict also just tested on the new save with mods, issue was gone. so I can't continue with restaurant dates on my current save anymore. bummer :/
