sims not being able to travel & No Romantic Interaction

Hello,

Can anyone help me, please? since updating my game last week my Sims won't travel just doesn't work! 

also, I have 2 sims together that are married and have full hearts! but on the romantic interactions, it just says to offer massage nothing else! And the other one shows them all but they are grey and cant used as it says the sim is not romantic interested in them??? I have never had this issue before I have tried every troubleshooting option nothing works ☹️ please help!
